Only have experience with service department and it's sad how bad they are! This is even when given the chance to make a bad situation right. We are now finding car care elsewhere in the area.

Worst shuttle service I have ever seen. I ask SVC Advisor for a ride back to my office and he hands me a # to call. I left a message 15 minutes ago and have not received a call back yet.

The upstairs waiting room has computers, cubbies for your own laptop, and free coffee as well as more spread out space than the downstairs room
