Dispatch roasts their own beans and has bags for sale. I am currently very much enjoying their Kossa Geshe from Ethiopia at home.

This Cafe is in nowhere in Montreal and worth visiting it. Watch how they measure and prepare your coffee. It is a culture. A 12 seats Cafe that needs a GPS to find. Go for it.

Best coffee I've had in Canada so far. They stopped doing V60 unfortunately, but still do Aeropress. Pick up beans here!
