I love Obriens, but here in KLIA, its pathetic, they missed out few things from sandwich, no breakfast sets. And most annoying were the staff, are they not trained how to behave with customers?

Food was ok, nothing phenomenal. Lady behind the counter wasn't very pleasant and I witnessed her being super rude to other customers who didn't speak English well.
