Good hotel. Food is good, staff are friendly and everything is convenient. Rooms are good too. Just needs free wifi....

Rooms 1-9 on each floor are older rooms. Rooms 10+ on each floor are new rooms with a large spas

Crusoe's Restaurant is great for special occasions. Cheerful decor, super comfy leather chairs, views over the lake, pianist tinkling in the background. Menu is fab. Check out the kids menu - 3 course

If you make a large booking for Crusoe's Restaurant, they ask for a credit card deposit - but can't do this over the phone! You have to visit, or email them back a form (with scan of your credit card!
