Awful! sold my son a ticket to Liverpool with his bike. Then wouldn't let him on the train Then put him on another train where the ticket he had bought wasn't valid. He then had to pay again on

From 11am there's no staff in first class line. So help yourself to biscuits and fizzy pop!

The trains are always on time and the staff are efficient.

Runcorn is useful as its the only station where all Liverpool to London trains stop every time

If you get the chance visit the Brindley Art Centre. Normally have a good range of stuff going on so will suit all the family
