Excellent doctors in Emergency room. They explained clearly diagnosis and solution to it, were polite and did all necessary procedures that were needed. Also waiting time was acceptable in emergency.

If you need to nap for a bit, the dark brown chairs/sofa in the main lobby are best for that. Free coffee in AM & ice water w/lemon in PM.

Too many nurses who can't speak English or even try to interact with patients. Had to drive here for my father just to get a nurse to help him. Sad service

When taking the stairs, be aware that some doors will lock upon exiting, especially the first floor!
