Excellent location to everything: business, entertainment, bars, restaurants, shopping, library, conventions, and mass transit. Water issues? Go to CVS on Newbury and get a replacement for half price.

U can purchase water for 2,50 at a small market at the lobby (the one in the room is 4$). They also have relatively healthy snacks there ))

So they let us stay on a floor that they are ripping up the carpet on. Floor is a mess and so sticky that you shoes come off your feet. Only water available is $4 a bottle. Avoid.

ya, great location. rooms are relatively small but comfortable and well furnished. AC is great.

Comfortable boutique hotel despite small rooms. It doesn't have the sterile feel of large corporate hotels. Unbeatable location.
