Amazingly hot rooms with no air conditions. When you call the reception, they say that there is a fan in the cupboard! Totally worst reception, never responding.

Such a shame, poorly run hotel. Issues confirming booking, wrong room, cold room, lights not working. Poor standard of food. But the staff were very pleasant. Management need to get organised!!

Sit at the bar, order a glass of water, smile at the barmaid and ask" can you remind me of the WiFi code?" You will be told it for free! Well, works for me.
