Views are stunning, onsen on 5-6th floor are great and the service on arrival/departure is impeccable. However, the food doesn't live up to expectations. Presentation is good but lacks flavor.

Top class hotel. Both onsens on 5th and 6th floor are great, definitely worth trying. In the evening check the lounge bar for jazz and good whiskey selection.
