I love hampton, but the front desk personnel were unhelpful and rude. Never experienced this before with them. So sad.

Don't plan on getting in an awesome work out. The gym is sub par at best, but the staff seems great

Fridge available on request. No microwave in room. Bed duvet was lumpy and incredibly wrinkled. Friendly checkin and located to tons of food & shopping.

This hotel is very close to the Cool Springs Galleria so it's a nice one to stay at if you're a mall rat.
