Very dirty. Sheets and carpets stained. AC filter packed with debris. Shower drain packed with several previous guests hair. Entire building smelled of mold.

Terrible. Had no hot water my first day here. Would not move me to another room (despite having plentiful vacancies). Air conditioning unit is shoddy; carpet feels like there's this greasy film on it.

Great place to spend the night. It's not that close to downtown but if you're just in for a day it's perfect. Dog friendly and free breakfast.
