Of all NH Collection I visited this is my least favorite. The hotel is certainly not 5 stars, the breakfast is average and the staff not very friendly nor helpful. Or room wasn’t that clean either.

Sehr zentral gelegen, die Museen Prado, Reina Sophia und Thyssen sind schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig mal und angenehm. Das Frühstück ist super.

I was expecting something more. Room furniture very old. Not worth the price. The hall is the only very nice part.

Nice, clean, modern hotel in central location. For more peace and quiet, stay in the basic rooms facing the back courtyards instead of the busy street
