Find another place to stay. We were kept up all night last night by loud guests next door, and had no maid service today. This place is horrible! We will never stay here again.

The value here is great. The amenities were all there. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were easier to use than most hotels we've been to. The shower pressure was good w/ plenty of hot water.

Be aware. Our reservation was screwed up. We reserved one room for two nights. Upon arrival we were TOLD we cannot stay a second night. Ruined our family trip!

Breakfast was crowded and understocked. Had to grab Burger King on the way out of town.

The continental breakfast at this Shilo and the one in Grants Pass are more than your average hotel breakfast-they're great!
