Rude people walk there without a leash. I suggest calling the police on them because the owners will get angry at you if you remind them that it's against the law to walk a dog without a leash.

One of the worst park in San Diego. So many people walk their dog without a lease. It is against the law to have a dog off lease. I suggest you call the police on these rude people, I know I will.

Out of 4 dog parks in the area. This one consistently has 1 or 2 aggressive dogs when busy. Beware, no joke! The owners always downplay their dogs behavior.
