if you're a real book worm, only go in here if you have TIME! 6 floors, two cafes, a whole floor dedicated to children + YA, a huge graphic novel collection...amazing

Out of the several waterstones in birmingham this one is probably the best, with several floors packed with all sorts of books.

Costa on 1st floor has closed for refurbishment. May reopen as Waterstone's Cafe. Entrance to Pavilions on 3rd floor. But may lose that if Primark opens at Pavilions in 2016/17.

A huge book store and therefore service vary some do it for you and others don't even if they can. Many books are missing and things are just unorganized!
