So ein schlechtes Service erwartet man nicht mal vor billigen Reparaturladen, und vor allem nicht im Apple. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht

Die offene Ladenstruktur hat mir gefallen und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Allerdings ist das Supportpersonal vom Verkaufspersonal nicht zu unterscheiden.
