Rom: Verflechtung der Antike und Moderne
Modernes Rom ist die Hauptstadt Italiens, ein großes Kultur-, Wirtschafts- und Tourismuszentrum.
In der Antike war die Stadt ein Herz eines riesigen Reiches, das sich auf die ganze Mittelmeerregion und einen Teil Asiens erstreckte. Genau deshalb ist die Karte von Rom eine Verflechtung und Überlappung der Architekturdenkmäler.In der Stadt befinden sich Sehenswürdigkeiten, die zu verschiedenen historischen Perioden zählen: der Antike, dem Mittelalter, der Renaissance, moderne Bauten. Man sollte das Zentrum des antiken Roms besuchen – das Forum, die Ruinen der antiken Tempel, der Bäder und anderer Anlagen, das wunderbar bis in unsere Tage erhalten gebliebene Amphitheater Koliseum und der Tempel Pantheon. Nicht weniger beliebte Orte der Stadt: Burg des Heiligen Engels, Kathedrale des Heiligen Petrus, Plätze Spaniens und Navons, Springbrunnen Bernini und Trevi. Es sei nur angemerkt, dass es in Rom mehr, als 900 Kirchen, Kathedralen und anderen religiösen Anlagen. Um eine gründliche Tour durchzuführen, wird man mehrere Tage und einen Stadtführer benötigen.Das Verkehrsnetz Roms ist ein entwickeltes Netz aus Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien, sowie eine Oberleitungsbuslinie von dem Bahnhof Termini. Die Entwicklung der U-Bahn ist in der Stadt eingeschränkt aufgrund einer großen Anzahl an Architekturdenkmälern und Ausgrabungsstätten, die Integrität von denen aufgrund von Tiefbau in Gefahr geraten wird. Momentan gibt es in Rom nur einige U-Bahnstrecken.
