Great views, interesting mining stories. Queues to exit in the evening can get quite long after 4pm. Plan to leave prior to 4pm if you don't like queues..

Your sat nav may try to send you up a small road to get there. You can't drive up to the place. You have to park I. The station car park and get the cable car or walk. It's cheaper entrance if walking

Sundays in Matlock Bath are busy so arrive before 11:00. Parking at station is £5 all day. £13 return trip in cable cars or you can walk up for more fun for only £3 entry. Do everything up there :-)
