All of the sales associates at this location are great. I had the pleasure of working with Frenchee. She made or Carmax experience easy and fast. I recommend asking for Frenchee when you come here.

I've always had good experiences with Carmax and this latest one also went well. The people at Tinley Park were friendly, fair, etc. etc. Again, no complaints at all. I'd easily go back.
