The oil change does take a long time. Anywhere from an hour to 2 hrs. If u plan ahead u can go grab breakfast or lunch somewhere they will drop u off and pick u up at local places

So $15.95 for an oil change.. Seems worth it, until you're waiting 45-60 mins.. They don't wasted your money.. They waste your time!

Changed my own oil after having them change it for the life of owning the car and realized they NEVER changed the oil filter. Don't come here the 15.95 oil change isn't worth a blown engine..

Two and a half hours for an oil change, WITH an appointment. It may be cheap but my time is worth more. Never coming here again.

Phone ahead for an appointment. Takes close to an hour for the change. Sort of negates the "deal" price. Also, surcharge for non-Ford cars and trucks oil filters ... Mine was an extra $8.
