I was in here once, they ruined my hair, and when I asked for a refund the woman convinced a larger guy to threaten me with violence. I had to call the regional manger to get my money back.

...(continued) They pressured me into buying their expensive products promising me it would be amazing but it didnt work then they wouldn't let me return it. Rip off & the haircuts are very expensive.
