Besides dropping off mails outside the PO, u can also buy stamps, pay bills & fines, top-up cards (incl ez-Link), & remit money fr the SAM machine - to skip the queue inside

Take note of their peak hour suggestion to avoid longer than necessary queues. Weekdays 10am-11am, 1pm-2pm, 4pm-5pm; Sat 10am-11am, 12pm-1pm

Avoid tanglin from november till mid january. The queue is crazy.
