I was told by supervisor Robert there no guarantee on delivery. SO, if we pay for a service and give them our mail and packages, there is no guarantee when or if it will be delivered.

I go out of my way to avoid this branch. I'd rather go to Glendale or Peoria branch.

I miss "Fish" he retired several years ago. It was fun to watch Fish work his charm and humor with the customers.

I object to all the negative tips logged on this POB, I moved my box from 7th Ave location 'cause this one is safer; more logistically accessible; and has earlier/later lobby hours, 5A-6:30P.

Don't do anything but drop mail off here. They can't handle something as simple as having Priority Mail envelopes and boxes stocked. What's the point of having a self-service kiosk if I can't do it?
