Food and drinks are great. But WiFi maybe quite bad. I failed to get an IP address even though there were not much customers around.

The coffee is pretty strong. I'm not much of a coffee drinker buys its good. The wifi is pretty good.

Best ice cream in all if Vientiane! 15,000 for one scoop and 22,000 Kip for two. Try the Fererro (when they have it) or white chocolate.
