Good customer service and they are one of the few starbucks branch who gives daily freebies (Small cup Frappe/Coffee). Would much more appreciate if they have their own wifi connection.

Spacious and not too crowded in the mornings. However, music is a bit loud... still good, though.

Not as homey as other Starbucks, more of an industrial design, which is not bad. Still one of the top 5 options for great coffee and quiet atmosphere in Fairview Terraces. Oh, awesome aircon!

Place is too small. It's located at the front of the mall so there's a lot of people hanging out because of its accessibility.

Im kinda disappointed with this branch.. They forgot my order and they didn't even personalized it with my name.. The barista just said "excuse me.." to inform me that my drink is ready 😒😞😑
