They messed up my order at the drive thru. Luckily, I was close enough to go back and get it fixed. Drive off, opened the bag and discovered they screwed it up again. Clueless.

Took 10 mins to get iced coffee. Hate when I go through drive through and have to park and wait for coffee. Wow McDonald's get with it ;(
