Omas is franlky the best hamburger in this part of Texas period. Recommend sitting at the bar and getting a Coke or RC Cola in a real glass bottle. This is a staple of Ellis County.

No fries - no kidding! Burger patties are small so make it a large (double) or triple. Save room for Nilla wafer banana pudding. Sit on the shaded back patio.
