Again I was there yesterday the Barmaid a Goth type person insisted on calling me "Mate" yes Mate what do you want? What happened to "Yes Sir what would you like? Annoying.

Staff apparently doing u a favour by serving you, & call you "mate" or "pal" & always forget to say thank you, & if you ask for a red wine they get the glass & say Red or White Mate?
