Food is very good, however limited choice of cask ales (mass produced ones only), disappointing considering pub is so close to Chiltern Brewery.

Always decent. Suffered shift changeover trouble (no cutlery, delays getting served, etc). Quality good, portion size disappointing (lamb kofta starter was just two meat balls), though squid generous.

Nice place, just a Mitchell & butler chain, but quite nice....for a chain! Not loaded with character but very nice setting & fab service!....oh and good wine!;-)
