20-25 minute wait for us, but shortly after was over an hour-popular place. Put your name on the list and they announce it over speaker. Swedish pancakes and lingonberries were fantastic.

With as touristy as it is, you’d expect mediocre food, but it really is tasty. Swedish pancakes and pickled herring are great. Sewing meatballs are just okay. Lingonberry lemonade is a must try

Pickled Herring is fantastic. They pickle it on site. Very good portions good service and an excellent place to eat

You can't go to Door County without visiting Al Johnson's. The meatballs were better seasoned and more dense than in times past. Swedish pancakes are delicious!

Love it! Friendly bartenders drink prices reasonable and love being outside! They have different games to play also!
