It's a great gaming experience but the customer service is severely lacking. The self-seating system leads to lackadaisical staff who are not attentive to the needs of the customer.

Gotta attribute it to growing pains. they have got me pretty tweaked. I went to the bar, I was going to have a burger and beer.. I'm at Jasper's now for dinner. Another time perhaps..
