Brisket ? Good. Pulled pork ? Bland , you need ALOT of sauce. Rib tips??? Brutal. Wings ?? Not so bad . Brisket and pulled pork sammich??? With sauce it was good.

I got the rack of ribs and was disappointed. The sauce on them would've been great if they hadn't burned half of it into charcoal. The fries I got pretty much became my meal and those were very good

We tried the Triple Porker to get a taste of three things on the menu ... pulled pork, the "Texas" sausage and the bacon. The pulled pork and sausage are excellent and highly recommended.
