Please don't let one person get on a ladder to put letters on your sign. They should alwAys have a spotter...you're looking at a lawsuit if something happens.

Stay away from the restroom. They are never clean, rarely have any paper towels, and they frequently overflow or fail to clean the piss from the floor. One of the nastiest restrooms I've seen!
