Actually the guac isnt manufactured. I know the folks that work here and they make it fresh as well as the salsa. The 'manufactured' look is the sour cream added. Great place!

Ok food, the guacamole is manufactured and not made from fresh avocado, and the tacos are American style with cheese and lettuce.
