Can't recommend this place highly enough. For under $8 you get a huge bowl of Pho goodness and said bowl will probably arrive at your table before your napkin even hits your lap.

Learn to use the spoon with your chopsticks.. And don't go on Sundays, if you don't want football fans screaming at the TV's.. Lol

Don't be put off by the construction outside the building. The restaurant us open , the service is top notch and the food authentic and delicious!
