They don't quite get OpenTable right. Even with a reservation, you may still need to wait a long time.

Loved every dish we ordered! I loved the 1-5 spice option scale. We chose "3" and it was the perfect amount.

What is the point of having a reservation if its not honored at the time made and you have to wait 45 minutes? Get it together!
