Not Russian at all. One of their signature "Russian" dish is crazily expensive (you will know which one from the menu), my lunch is full of disappointment. Staffs do not have manner. Won't come again!

HKU students/alumni should remember them. Glad that they re-open near HKU!

Avoid this place. Czarina serves localized Russian food, and doesn't do it very well.
