Try the tsukemen, where the noodles and broth are kept separate. If you are hungry you can up the amount of noodles for 100 yen. The 'Tango Black' is also a popular ramen dish.

豚骨と魚介の和風スープのラーメンも良いですが、ホタテの干し貝柱の入った塩ラーメンも美味しい。
