The rillette was deliciously moist and warm - and proper fatty. Lumberjack cake also exceptional. Expensive but worth it. Enjoyed the wine tasting too but the food was better.

Get the tasting menu for lunch and check out the old wine barrels now used as smokers outside.

The stave of assorted dishes and wines was phenomenal; the chef even took the time to talk us through every plate, as well as the vineyard's history. Certainly recommended.

Absolutely the barrel smoked platter with wine match, a fantastic intro to wine and food matching!
