The Nurses are great very attentive and nice. I came in with extreme back pain through ER turned out to be Kidney stones. I have a BFMC HMO and have had no problems.

Best nurses EVER, although time before this, had some night nurses that were pretty harsh and even though Christmas is in 2 days the staff is still happy to see you:).

Loved the nurses. But if you're on an HMO plan via of Bakersfield Family Medical Center, insurance doctor comes to rip out your oxygen tubes with no examination, no checking with your surgeon.

Best ER in town! Attentive Doctors, nice nurses. Been here 6 times in past year, amd whether it is busy or quiet, have always felt well cared-for.
