Hang out with an old guy in the waiting room and practice your Italian. If your hostel is nearby though, don't get sucked in to staying overnight (even though it's free)! Escape at all costs.

Worst hospital i have seen&stayed! We have mistreated, ignored and waited so long in the emergency! They dont care your medical needs, they dont speak English. None of the personnel is helpful at all!
