Won't give you a rain check if it's in the stockroom, even if they "can't get to it" for you. On an elderly woman's 2nd day visiting the store, she was told to come back. "Pretty crappy", as she said.

Often in afternoon, they're not good at announcing IC3 and lines can get long with one checkout person.

Every time I come back to Louisville I tend to stop here. Never felt unsafe or treated anything but well.

I live in this neighborhood and its totally safe. Often go on long walks at night. I haven't experienced any rudeness at all. Actually quite the opposite.
