Mid July being Absorbine Jr for gnats. Lots of shade considering the summer heat. Still amazed at all the rain flys up. Take em down when it is hot and won't rain!!

Prep for possible raccoon issues (they love oreos) but other than this prepare for a fantastic stay. The folks running this place are fantastic as is the campground!

Great clean campground. Ice and firewood available at the office until 8pm. Trout steam and the Upper Iowa River offer plenty to do. One of my favorite campgrounds in Iowa
