I stayed 2 nights and it was very pleasant. The staff is available and competent. Hotel cosy close to the airport. Breakfast was included, great !

I am not the first to experience loud noises from the plumbing which prevent sleep. Had to move rooms at 3am it was so bad. Staff don't seem to care. Dreadful experience.

Rooms are clean, but since it's not expensive, it gets really crowded. You need to take the H55 bus from Terminal 5 from stops 22 and 23 which is 5 pounds per person each way, which increments costs.

It's very much a transit hotel, but it was clean, beer and food was good but don't have a far end room as the pipes are noisy and you'll have to move !

Hotel failed to mention that the airport shuttle is £5 per person each way. Total of £20 transport costs for 2 people...adds a lot onto the cost of a cheap room.

Holiday Inn sorted their WiFi policy. Free everywhere. So far so good.
