Really enjoyed my stay ! Rooms were nice spacious and clean , so were the bathroom ,they had free wifi , gym , pool & hot tub. Free breakfast with good selection! Loved hanging out in the lobby.

The wifi here is abysmal, tantamount to DSL. The service is horrendous, just about every person we've worked with is a god damn moron. Hotel room is pretty, though.

Best customer service in Baltimore. Treated like a king. The general manager is very in tuned in with the hotel and customer service is above and beyond
