I checked in 2 days ago there was a mess on the floor in the room. Called 2 have them vacuum(they never did)Came back from work the next day, bed made, mess still on floor they don't vacuum here C pic

OMG I spilled some water on the floor, got a washcloth to wipe it up..so gross!! See the picture (pic has dirty & clean cloth so you can see the difference)

This hotel has a tiny kitten that sneaks in the front door behind you. Staff keeps putting him out, but he's adorable and persistent :)
