....They handed my co-worker a bill for over $4600 for the unreserved rooms and there's still 2 weeks before the wedding! This is super aggressive. I sincerely hope they come to their senses.

My co-worker worked with Crowne Plaza-Airport in Grand Rapids to reserve a block of rooms for their wedding. Instead of just releasing the rooms to the general public after an expiration date....

Recently stayed here, not a good stay to say the least. Stains on my sheets and pillowcases. The beds were not comfortable at all and FD staff lacked genuine customer service skills.

The Hotel facilities book says there is guest laundry on the third floor, but there isn't. ..

Sleeping arrangements were not the greatest. Mattress seemed pretty firm. Very mushy pillows. Last time I had blankets so heavy I was getting a dental x-ray. Noise more due to thin doors than staff.

Not sure about other negative comment but my room was wonderful. Very spacious. Purchased through Expedia unnamed surprise rate and it was more than half off standard rate.

I like a hard bed but the bed in our room was like sleeping on a piece of wood. But the hotel is very nice otherwise.

The most wildest place I ever worked. OMG thank God its over. It is a nice hotel I must say.

fine experience here. The lady who runs the exec. lounge is very nice. The restaurant does some pretty good food. Just wish they had an entrance on the main road, or a better sign by the side street.
