Checked in with Mobile Key to a filthy room on the 12th floor around 6pm. Was promptly re-accommodated to the 14th, in a clean yet equally dated room. Time for some rennos!

I am a Diamond VIP in Hilton Honors. They gave my room away and cancelled my reservation! I said that was not acceptable. They finally gave me a rollaway bed in a conference room.

The food is so very good and the wait staff is pleasant and attentive. If you have either Gold or Diamond status, the Executive Lounge is the very best I've experienced.

It was really nice if not dated. Nice views, pretty close to most places. Only a couple of places to eat within walking distance.

You can't beat the location to SF and the coast for the price. Service at hotel is friendly but the valet is terrible. Usually have to go hunt the valet to get your car keys. Very affordable!

Nice view in the executive floor. There is no ice machine on the floor nor a refrigerator in the room. It's good to have a walk on the BAY TRAIL.
