great affordable stay for a weekend during the summer! the staff is really friendly, the rooms are accommodating and it's a quick walk from downtown, beach, and boardwalk

Room noise can be a bit loud, especially on a Saturday night. Our room didn't have any reading lamps on the nightstand. Good location if running in the NJ Marathon.
