Place needs work. Both renovations and service. It's my understanding that he owners have recently taken over. Note: Joanne from New Zealand works the front desk. She's amazing.

Our room was not ready at check-in. We had to wait another hour at the hotel for our room. Breakfast was not good at all. Had to call the front office for them to clean the room on our 2nd day.
